The RTS x LA Flash internship runs February 27th, 2023- June 30th, 2023.
There will be a series of introductory meetings prior to the start of the program to cover rules and regulations as well as to answer any questions.

10 hours per week is required to stay an active member

Yes! Event coverage will be assigned based on availability. Many interns work and go to school during this internship. Events including practices & games occur both during the week and on the weekend.
You are required to complete at least 10 hours a week to stay an active member.

Yes! We encourage current clinicians and collegiate students to apply to gain an invaluable level of sports medicine hands on practice.

You will not be able to select which events to cover (practice / game). Everyone will be placed on need, experience, and availability within each event.

No- housing and transportation will not be provided. Car pooling among interns is encouraged.

You will have gained hands on experience in emergency management, on court assessments of acute injuries, assessment and treatment of common sports related orthopedic injuries, preventative programming, and strength & conditioning principles.
